This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Windows XP Pro + Asus W2v + TV??

    Hey Guys,

    A couple of weeks ago I placed a question here about my screen. It seems that asus had to change a few parts of the laptop.
    Now, what I wanted to know is what is the difference of using Windows MCE and XP Pro? My laptop came from my company with XP Pro and I actually wanted to get the TV input at home as well. Is it possible? Or do I need the MCE?
