Wireless Console 3 Uninstalled but lingering somewhere?? HELP

So basically my laptop is my everything, its 3 years old and never before i have had this issue until 6 months ago, same as everyone elses wireless console 3 issue, except mine still exists and i can't afford a new laptop if i could i would light this on fire, so i uninstalled the console months ago and problem has continued, the graphical thing which tells me wifi on blue tooth on etc comes up again and again even when im playing a game it will pop through, i tried to reinstall the WC3 and planned to remove it again in hope it maybe works, but when i was trying to reinstall it said it was previously installed incorrectly???? even though i never installed it before as it was in my laptop anyway. search comes up with nothing, but i know this wc3 is still here somewhere, i have tried everything! someone help me please.
