    Won't wake up from sleep/hibernation

    I just bought the U35JC-A1 and I'm having a problem getting my computer to wake up from sleep and hibernation. I've pressed every key on the keyboard, touch pad, power and sleep button and it just doesn't wake up. I have to hold down the power button and just turn off the laptop and turn it back on.

    Anyone know what's wrong or how do I properly wake up my laptop?

    It may just be that the monitor is off. Try turning it on using the function key and F7.
