The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Yep...reading all these Threads and with me in the "same boat' tomorrow, would be excellent to see one of these "Notebook Enthusiast Guru's" Sticky a simple step by step Guide to replacing one of two HD's with an SSD, installing W7 from the Recovery Disc nad order of installation of Drivers.

    We'll see how I make out, if its going well I'll take Notes and see what I can do, BUT, thiers an aweful lot of "knowledgeable Asus notebook enthusiasts" here....just look at the countelss Posts in BSOD. CPU Throttling, Benchmarks etc etc etc.....
