    Hello everyone, at first, i was looking for a g50vt... but i learned they are not available in quebec :(... but the guy at my local store told me they could have the F50SF-A1.

    Here are the specs:

    P8700 2.53 ghz
    4 Go ram
    320 Go DD
    NVIDIA GeForce GT 220M 1 Go DDR2(never heard of this card so that's why i ask this question)

    If you are not too worried and don't mind a refurbished (90day warranty) you can get the asus g50vt-x1 on Ebay for 900CAD (after shipping) after tax it comes to about 990$ CAD :)

    Thanks for the advice, but i'D rather have it new :p i have other options, as you might have seen on other part of the forum (such as sony and msi)

    From what I've been told by GenTechPC, the GT 220M will be equivalent (or nearly equal) to the 9500M (GS). In other words, for gaming, it will be slightly slower than the 8600M GT w/ GDDR3.
