    I really am impressed.

They received my C90S' VGA this morning. If you guys remember, I broke the PCB myself using the bad screws XD

Guess what? A Replacement unit is already ready to ship! I hope it gets shipped tonight though

Well that should be expected. I mean all their doing is putting a small part in a box and shipping it. How long does that take? 4 minutes? Ok maybe 10 cuz they have to find it in the warehouse first.

I had Acer replace an entire mobo + cpu in 1 day. Sent it monday, they received it thursday, by friday morning it was out the door.

That's what you call an uninformed consumer. I mean first of all, memory is a very easy thing that you can do yourself in less than 5 minutes. Second of all, taking your computer problems to FS is stupid. A smaller dedicated computer repair shop would have done it in less than 30 minutes.

I know. It was a pretty long time ago too.

They also still charge $180 for 512MB of DDR 400 lol

That's just ridiculous. I guess it pays to be in the loop then.

    Yeah I guess so.

They also have the Saphirre ATI Radeon HD 2600XT 512MB DDR2 for $350, the GTS 320 for $470 and the 8800GTX for 999.99 (+$70 installation)

My best experience with tech support is IBM sending someone onsite to replace a T40 motherboard in less than 3 hours =) Now that's what I call service, granted, you pay for it too.
