    Hi all,

I bought this machine for a great price to mess around on so I decided to install technical preview on it. I figured worst case scenario I was out a few bucks.(but i did make backup disks).

I installed the preview and everything works flawlessly except the broadcom(?) network adapter. The driver from asus isn't working. I am getting an error when trying to install update.cpp erorr. I do not even see my network adapter showing up under the device manager.

For now I'm using a $10 wifi dongle but it's really slow so I'd like to get the built in adapter working. Can anyone provide me the model of the network adapter and/or a link to the broadcom driver direct from broadcom, rather than on the x205 drivers page? I'm not sure what else to do besides trying other drivers. But the fact that it's not even showing up in device manager makes me think that a driver might not even work.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Hey! zenmaster78!

I finally solved the problem about wifi in x205ta.

Notebooks & Ultrabooks - ASUS Transformer Book T100TAF - ASUS

Just select windows 8.1 32bit and download a latest broadcom wireless driver and install it.
I am sure that it can work well.

You know, x205ta is a minor product of asus laptop lineups. So, I thought that Transformer book will support windows 10 well because
Transformer book is a major asus laptop!. Also, they use the atom baytrail processor and use broadcom wireless device.
I am very excited to totally use windows 10.

    Let's Enjoy!
