    Hello,

Would it be possible to replace the 1366x768 screen on my K550JK with that of a X550JK (1920x1080)?

    Specs are:
    i7 4710HQ
    Nvidia GeForce GTX850

The two models are identical in terms of design, but I suppose the K model is an Eastern Europe model with just a different screen.

The K550JK's screen connector is 40 pin while the X550JK's is 30 pin, so thinking that something like this:

could work? I know it's a long shot but what are your thoughts on this?
