This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     seem to have a problem that my video card PCI express bandwidth is stuck @ 1x speed, am currently using official Nvidia 195.62 and have windows 7 U 64bit installed. any advice please :confused:
