Unless I'm blind, I can't see the z71v notebook on Asus's website anymore.

    Are they discontinued?

ASUS updates the site very very very slowly..

The models don't often appear until a month or more after its been released!

Actually, the Z71V is a pretty old system. I tried logging onto the Asus website just right now. I seems that none of the notebooks are up. I guess they're doing maintenance right now. Try checking back later. Hopefully they put up the Z70V, afterall it's been like 6 months now... :D

If you go to www.asus.com and click on Global and look at the global notebook section you'll find the M6V and M6Va which are equivalents with the Z70V and Z70Va apparently.

Ok well the North American site is up now. The Z70V still hasn't made it's appearance on the site, but they did add the W2V to the line up. But they did take out some of the others, like the M6 series.
