This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    That's weird, if they'll be shipping from Fremont, CA, then wouldn't our US resellers get them by that time too (or earlier)? -unless they pulled whatever that ISTNC to get them earlier. Don't want to raise any eyebrows- I'll just wait until they're on sale here. We've waited this long, might as well wait a little longer. ;)

    I saw that yesterday, and yea it reminded me of the IST situation but I think the guys there put a pricetag on it before it comes - instead of putting a price after it comes I would assume.
