    I have downloaded the .Rom bios file I need but can't find any instructions as to how to flash my Z96F. My notebook has no OS installed so I will need something DOS related. The Asus website has some dos instructions but they listed the instructions that were for models other then Z96F. I currently have a T7200 Core 2 Duo cpu installed and I read somewhere I shouldnt have to have a yonah put in to flash to gain Merom Support. My current Bios version is 703 and I need to get that to the downloaded 801.

    Anyone have any information? FAQ doesnt mention much for what I need input on
