    Hi

For some reason my battery will never fully charge- even if left connected to the AC power overnight. According to the Windows Power Meter it never gets past 98% and charging.

The battery also seems to dissipate a significant amount of charge ~8% over a few hours when not in use.

This is my second battery; the first was a CelXpert now a Simplo, both 6 cells. I even ran the BIOS calibration test with the first battery and to no avail.

Has anyone else had this sort of trouble?

Is there potentially something wrong with the power electronics in my notebook?

    Any insight is appreciated.

    Thanks
