I tried a few suggestions from this forum, but none worked. What worked was the file from this link. I installed using the executable. When it finished I heard the sound Windows makes when it detects new hardware. I inserted the card and it popped up a few seconds later.

Note: I backed up my files and turned on system restore before initiating this just in case.
