    A quick update on ETA of Z96J, Z62J, Z35f.

By now, still no news, I think Asus is too busy with VBI models, also, the WXGA+ screen for Z62J and the WSXGA+ screen for Z96J is hard to get and higher cost. Asus feels the current glossy screen is already very sharp, and add higher resolution to them will make the cost higher and 85% customers will not benifit from it or won't feel it much better, also Asus Taiwan is not very happy with the sales of the high resolution screen models sales from last year, so they will make popular models with bigger volume first.

    Thanks Danny,

Guess I'm among the minority that cares about higher screen resolutions and seeing the new BOA models be released sometime before fall!

That's fine, I'm sure Asus Taiwan has got to be pleased with how the W3J has been doing, I saw one at a coffee shop the other day!

W7J seems to be getting some buzz as well, might end up being a good seller for them.

I'll still hold off for the Z35f, seems like it will be a great non-gaming, portable machine. I really like the 13.3" form factor :D

bump this post...still awaiting ANY Z35 news, but have backed it up with DELL and ThinkPad models...and that isn't bad...learned a lot while awaiting ASUS to get their act/fulfill their customer's expectations.

Another bump for the z35f. It WAS something I was considering after the w7j and the Sony Vaio SZ.

To Asus: there is demand for the z35f in North America. Thanks :)
