    Hi,
I would like to know if it's normal that the fan is on so often? Fan starts at 54 and stops at 51. It's quite loud. CPU temperature raises from 51 to 54 even when I do nothing with notebook. Power 4 gear is set on quite office, powerplay is battery optimized.

    Thanks for comments!

Technically there may be nothing wrong, at certain temperatures, the fan is suppose to rev up, to cool down the CPU and then have the fan rev back down.

However, your temperature seems a little high for light work, and you may want to check your vents for dust and lint build up, this constitutes to higher temps.

Also make sure your laptop is on a flat surface while your using it, if your blocking the vents this will also cause temps to rise.

Sometimes monitoring software, like NHC, Speedfan, RMClock, and whatever else one may use, can cause some odd problems with fans, so you may want to turn off all monitoring programs and then tests if this still occurs.

Lastly undervolting may be a solution to this, but first try the above mentioned.
