I recently purchased a Zenbook UX305F second hand, and was expecting it to have a reasonably vibrant screen and at least marginally ok speakers. But what has turned up is an extremely dim screen at max brightness with some poor backlight uniformity (large yellow patches bleeding in near the top when on black) and speakers that are barely more than a whisper on max volume. Does anyone have any idea what might be the cause for either of these? I recall back in the day I had a screen that went dim and patchy after I dropped the N56 it was in.
