Hello, fellow Zenbook Owners, i myself own a UX31E Ultrabook.

It has a Combo Headphone/Microphone Jack instead of Separate ones.

I would like to know which ones you fellow Zenbook Owners use for both Mic and Headset at the same time.

    Please provide me Options.

I would like to have something Cheap, not anything so expensive.

    Thanks for Reading.

    Regards.

I use Bose AE2i on both UX32VD and iPhone. Works pretty well for me.

So that means any iPHONE compatible Headset/Headphone with inline mic would work? Right? :)

Yes. At least all my apple in-ear headphones with microphone works flawlessly on the UX32VD for Skype etc.

Actually didn't know UX32VD had this inline/outline combination when I bought the ultrabook, so that was a pleasant surprise as I already had Bose AE2i and Apple in-ear headphones that supported it.

I have a pair of Klipsch Image s4i IEMs that sound exceptional for their price. The construction quality could be better, but beyond that, I have no complaints. If you're looking for something for gaming though, I would recommend something along the lines of what vegards recommended. Typically, the over-the-ear phones provide a more open sound quality, which is a little more universal.

You could just get an adapter that does separate jacks to combo jack if you don't find what you want on devices with a combo jack. I got one of those so I could use my HD25-1 II along with a standalone mic on my mobile devices.
