about The G50VT

I like the graphics card GeForce 9800M GS of the ASUS G50VT.
And I want to know,Can I setup the Second Harddisk for the G50VT-X2?
Does X2 support the Raid 0?
the X2 is much cheaper than A1,and I think I can overclock the P8600,then it will enough for me.

I am using A8H725SR now,the HD2400 is pretty suck!
But the cpu Core 2 Duo T7250 can OC about 20% when use DDR2 800 memory

I am the freshman of this forum,and donot have enough English skills,so there may be many express errors in my posts.

I prefer the X2,the mobile CPU is easy to buy in Chinese online shop Taobao,I can change it later,and it is much cheaper than the different betwenn X2 and A1

 

I'm looking at the X2 for the same reason, since I can get by without the extra L2 cache and it uses a 25W processor which is better for battery life. Not to mention that the price difference between the X2 and A1 is much more than what it would cost to buy another 320GB drive.

I did notice that the X2 has an orange strip at the top of the back of the lid, so it no longer has a clean black profile when open. Sigh...

 

I want to know does X2 support the second Harddisk and RAID 0?
the X2 is singel hdd or double disk now?

this forum is very mysterious,I looking for the register website for several days,and I have just completed my register a couple minutes ago.
Could some one tell me how to set up my location under my ID and join data?

 

I'm pretty sure X2 supports a second harddrive.

HOWEVER, I don't think it comes with a second harddrive bracket, so you would have to order one from Asus.

Finally, if you do end up adding a 2nd drive and it works, then it should support RAID 0 and RAID 1.
