Can I add one 4gb stick or does it have to be two 2gb sticks?

Also, my 1215n shipped with Win7 32-bit but I have a copy of Win7 64-bit to install. Will the motherboard support two 4gb sticks?

Yes, it will support 4GB sticks, even two of them.
