    So when I run the NTFS tool on my desktop it says. Doesn't sound too good??

    It simply relinquishes the locks held by applications on the files on the partition you are converting, such that it is able to perform the conversion. This is normal & will not affect your files in any ways.

    That's correct Deus.... don't worry about it. It's also going to tell you other things that sound weird or bad, but it's just what it has to do to make the file system swap on your next reboot.
