    this is probably a really stupid question

    but is there a way to plug two batteries into the g1 simultaneously? i remember some of the old dell inspirons were able to do that but the way things are designed on the asus it looks doubtful..

    The G1s doesn't have a modular Optical Drive battery option, which is probably what you are referring to.
