    I am considering to buy one of Asus notebook (i.e. w7j) with current rebate deal . I wonder what happen to the price after the rebate deal (after 11/5). Any prediction on this matter??? the price will decrease or... what??

    Most likely anyone with the Core Duo W7's will be or are already sold out of them... if they're not, then they'll just extend the rebate.... it won't get any better.... the availability of stock just gets lower..
