    considering gtx 580 and radeon 6000 series are out for desktop, can i expect to see mobile version of them in next 3 months or so? i am considering to buy new laptop but i am not really playing any games now so i suppose i can wait 3 more months or so if they gonna release one in that time.

    Likely there will be 5xx and 6xxx mobility chips, though none have been announced afaik.

    I'm not too sure they will be out in the next 3 months. Probably not with the first shipment of Sandy Bridge. However I would guess that ATI will release theirs first after that followed by Nvidia. No timetables right now though from what we hear.

    Looking at the Alienware 15xR3 that was up in the dell forums, they've got a 6800 or 6900 card in there - so they're doing it eventually...
