    asus F3S series FINGERPRINT problems

    I just brought a asus f3s and im having problems with the finger print...in fact i cant find the program on my computer anywhere. I did open first time i turned on my computer but i closed it and i cant find it anymore.

    if anyone can please tell me where i can find/download it it would be good thanks

    You can download it in asus global driver site..it also comes with the utility. try it and let me know

    Shouldn't it be on the Driver CD? Or do you mean you can't find it in the Programs List?

    I don't know how it's called I don't have a notebook with FPReader.

    It'll be an updated version too. The fingerprint readers on these Asus lappies seem to kinda suck. I don't think the technology is there yet so I wouldn't worry too much about having it. My $.02

    Install Asus Protect Manager from the support cd that came with the unit, once done open with Start > All Program > ASUS Security Center.

    THANKS GUYS!!!! i found it on the cd...i just reinstalled it and it works! thank god for that..i had a choise of two laptops and i decied too buy this laptop becuase of the fingerscan :p
