    asus F3T, webcam issue

    when trying to install drivers for my webcam on windows xp pro, i get error - Install failed! ASUS 1,3 WebCam. maybe there's someone who worked out what's the problem and how to solve it?

    i had the webcam issues too, so what i did to resolve it was download the drivers for vista 32bit from the website download name: D-Max CL Camera Driver
    Then what i did was extract it to my desktop and run the 2ksetup.exe program and it installed then when it searched for drivers i chose to search myself > display all types > (then browsed to the folder i extracted and the .inf file was right there) choose the .inf file and then i chose the top option (the usb2 1.3 webcam option)... i had to do it twice and it kept popping up like 5x after the first one looking for drivers, but i just canceled those and wallah, it worked...
    hope it works for you and whoever comes across this.

    arturs, rather than removing the post it's best if you post your own solution :)
