    I have this problem with my asus g1s since i bought it i think. Every time, a few mins after i open the comp, the screen become black for a few secs and then return to the desktop...this is especialy anoying if i have an extrernal monitor because after it goes black the comp just close it and i need to setup my second monitor again. Any idea? I have vista 32b. I also switched my HP with an other one.

    Please help (sorry for my english)

    LCD chord shortage have it checked by a technition

    Something might be pinching the chord
