    asus g71gx (best buy) Vista sp2 download wont show up in windoows update. Will someone please make it show up in windows update so i can download vista sp2.

    You need to download it manually. There's no big upgrades from it though.

    If you're fine without it I'd just stay with SP1 unless some program forces you to get SP2.

    didn't someone post a link to it directly. why complain. it probably isn't showing up because:
    1. you have it installed already
    2. you haven't checked the settings to include recommended updates and update service.
    3. you may have it installed already!
    4. new computers come with it pre-installed.
    5. if none of these work for you well, stop complaining and download it directly. we choose to answer your questions and give help.

    Prolly first time using a computer and first time surfing the web and wanna more protection xDD

    Anyways.. Windows Vista SP2 only showed in mine Windows Update when I installed beta updates from the Windows Vista SP2, cant know for sure which ones...

    No big deal -_- Vista still Vista....

    exactly. i have SP2 installed at the moment. NO SIGNIFICANT CHANGES! vista is still crap. i could care less if i had SP2 installed. the time you are here waiting for an answer, you have could downloaded the update directly and see other update, MORE IMPORTANT UPDATES.
