    Hello everyone!

    I have had this asus n53sv for about 3 days. I plugged it in because the battery was low, and it decided to restart itself. When it came back on, it seemed to have reset itself to factory settings. It said ”configuring your computer for the first time, and when windows finally started, all of my data and programs were gone.

    Does this have anything to do with the auto bios update, or maybe a bad cmos battery? If anyone has any info or experience regarding this, your feedback is greatly appreciated.
