    Hi guys,

do you know what the asus n81vp-d2 upgrade will be compared to the n811vp-d1. Any possible battery upgrade?

Also, is there any other 14 or 13 inch laptop from asus (or any other manufacturer) that have good gaming performance?

    Thank you

the f6v3 ASUS Model is pretty good...That is a 13 incher...Other then that...the n81vp-d1 pretty much is the butt kicker for 14 inchers.

as far as i can tell, d2 has win7, d1 *did* not...
no batt. upgrade because of the placement of the batt (in a corner) - in fact if you remove the batt, you need something to prevent the laptop from tilting to the bottom right corner.

good gaming performance (from memory - correct me if i'm wrong):
    13" - LG P310? (sth like that, has a nvidia 9600)
13" - ASUS F6ve (as mentioned above, has ati 4570)
    13" - toshiba u500 (ati 4570)
bunch of others with ati 4570...
basically n81vp has them all beat, but has a larger than normal chasis for a 14"
