i got my laptop from powernotebooks.com, they put in the intel wireless card. my problem is with regards to the software, the laptop always hangs up while surfing the net, pressing ctrl+alt+del doesnt even do anything, it jsut sits there.
and while the laptop is on sleep mode, it take like 1-2mins before you can click on anything but you can move the mouse.

the laptop is the k42jr, i was thinking the problem might be due to a faulty win7, but after reinstalling the OS from the hidden partition and removing some asus bloatware, it was still the same.

    help pleasE?

Donald Stratton and his team at PowerNotebooks have a stellar reputation for customer service and tech support.

Your first point of contact should be to call them, if you've already done a reinstall with no resolution of the issue.
