    im having problems with my sound . it comes out hollow tinny and distorted . ive tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions and the problem still exists.i need help in the worst way can/will someone please help me !!!!

    From the internal speakers? How about headphone jack?

    And have you removed the current audio driver and installed the most current one?

    Go to Realtek, then click on HD Audio Codec driver, then agree to the terms, and download the latest v2.75.
    Install it, and verify the symptom again.
