    asus ux31a touch - anyone got widi working

    and if so, what adapter are you using? I've been trying the neotv max and it just won't work.

    I'm specifically asking about the touch model. I know some older ux31a's that came with win 7 work but I think the adapter is still having issues with win 8 (even though it's not supposed to anymore) and maybe the new chipset.

    Which adapter are you using and how is it not working? Perhaps fellow NBR users can troubleshoot. :)

    Good news. I FINALLY got widi working.

    I must have corrupted my drivers somehow (even though it looked like the drivers were working fine) after reinstalling and installing them a million times.

    Updating the graphics, intel proset, then widi drivers in that order does work (did not have to uninstall the outdated drivers before updating) . If it doesn't, a last resort is to "refresh my PC" before updating drivers. That's what I had to do. You'll have to reinstall some programs if you refresh everything but oh well, it's worth it.
