I've noticed that if I don't install the wireless console on my w3v my wireless connection does not automatically turn on when I resume from hibernate/standby or restart windows. I have to manually enable with the shortcut button. With wireless console enabled, it automatically turns on (if it had previously been on). Besides this odd function of the wireless console and enabling the fn-f2 for wireless, the utility seems useless and I'd like to get rid of it. Anybody know how to have the wireless connection automatically turn on without it? Anyone else even have this issue?

Nope, and apparently, that is the programs sole use. When I was creating my automated install for Windows XP, I wasn't able to install the Bluetooth Stack software because there was no way to turn Bluetooth on. Once I added the Wireless Console before the bluetooth software, it automatically turned it on and the install went smoothly.
