    i just recently got a asus laptop and was wondering how i could change the audio equalizer because currently the sound is really bad and has no bass

    just in case this might help my speakers are ... altec lansing / srs premium sound just

    Check with your realtek sound manager. There should be an equalizer there.

    However, despite the Altec Lansing and SRS Premium Sound branding, your laptop will always suffer from a significant lack of bass when compared to a 2.1 speaker system. The only real way around this is to connect your laptop to an external 2.1 or greater speaker set or with a pair of headphones.

    whenever i change my power mode to power saver my laptop would change the wallpaper and toolbar. How do i prevent that from happening??

    in Power4Gear (right click the power icon in taskbar, go to power 4 gear) pick Battery Saver, and then uncheck the power saving desktop
