    im looking to buy an asus m6030va. and im wondering wot the equivelant usa model number is. also wot is the m6030va like

    The equivalent US model number is Z70Va. Check out the many reviews on this site on the Z70Va... one of the moderators of the Asus sector (coriolis) wrote a good, detailed one.

    I can't tell you for sure what the optical drive speed(s) are...but I can assure you that this is a great machine! :asus:

    Here's a good reference guide I made up for the optical drive speeds: ... just add Z70va to the line with the other Z70 series models.
