I just recently recovered my computer and i noticed that there is this background noise like a bunch of fast series beeps. It is very noisy and annoying. I think it may have to do with the sound drivers perhaps? or other reasons.

Could anyone point me towards downloading any sound drivers? or is the problem elsewhere? thanks

Is anything plugged into one of the usb ports next to the headphone jack? Not that it would suddenly start out of nowhere but when I owned my G50, a whining/ beeping noise would be heard from headphones when something was plugged into on of those 2 usb ports.

That's perfectly acceptable for G50V users. Nah... I am kidding, but seriously; it's quite annoying, but I got used to it already. :/
