The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.
lol.. actually I don't have either... but the Zalman is highly recommended throughout the online notebook community. Try read the owner reviews on newegg about the product. Zalman specializes in heat dissipation hardware for computers and most people are very satisfied with them.
The only notebook cooler I purchased was a no-name $7 one I got off ebay. It lasted 2 months.
This is what I use with my a8js.
http://www.provantage.com/targus-pa241u~7TGUA03F.htm It isn't a cooler, but just lifts it up, to let more airflow underneath. I liked the idea of being able to swivel the laptop with it.
