    He is correct. Best Buy is usually excluded from the auxiliary Asus warranties that are offered through other dealers. They also carry slight variations on mainstream configurations. Short answer, it is a good deal with a simple 1 year warranty.

    but as long as the unit is not deffective...wear and tear from being on display...thats a great deal!

    The cheapest it has gone on sale at best buy is $999
