I recently discover bright dots on a8js. like 4 of them. But they are not dead pixels(are they???), they are noticeable when i look at the screen from above (vertically).
But when i look directly to the screen, even when i set the background to black. they are barely noticeable. Is this a problem?

Are all of them red, green or blue.In this case it's just stuck pixels.
    Try this program : JPixelFixer.

    Doesn't Asus have a zero-bright-pixel policy?

I have quite much of them on the edges of my V6V, including a dark one about 0.5mm in diameter. They don't bother me that much because the majority of them are not visible within viewing angles. I'm not sending it for repairs because it's too much hassle and it's only a minor imperfection as of now.

The ZBD policy is effective within 30 days from date of purchase and only applies to certain models only (usually the higher-end models such as the V series).
