i have an asus m51vr and sometimes i can change the brightness through the fn hotkeys and sometimes even when i do it still says the same. It still adapts to the amount of light. I think it happened after i changed the brightness in power4gear extreme. Any way to fix / explain this?

    Thanks for your great replys

Try and disable the ambient light sensor (Fn+A)
