This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Searched with no luck all over...and hope someone can help.

    My refurb G50vt X5 won't burn DVD +R's - just spits them back out. I need to buy some dual layer discs, but don't want to spend money for +R DL's if they won't work either. It burns -R's just fine. And, there seems to be far more +R DL's, presumably because it's a newer format. I'm stumped...
