    how far around does the swivel cam rotate? will it stay put at any position you put it or does it just spring back????

    i think its 240 degrees or 300 degrees

    it rotates about 240, enough to catch everything except the ceilling/sky

    ty for the replies guys(appreciated). But you didn't answer my other question which is, will the cam stay stationary at any position you put it at or will it spring back to its original position.

    it will stay at the position you put it in but to put it back to its original position facing you ... thats manual work which gets annoying from time to time if you have big fingers

    I imagine if it had snapped back and had to be held in place it would have been pretty useless. :)
