Any chance we'll see modules with these chips for the c90s? These apparently will be built using 40nm process, so I would hope that they would be low enough power.

Maybe if they are manufactured on an mxm2 module design and without locked vbios.
As far as official support the answer will most probably be no. The best card that may be likely to fit is the 9650M GT when modules become freely available on ebay etc -

Unveiled as MXM 3.0, but ultimately up to the manufacturer. For instance, the 48xx series was unveiled as MXM 3.0, but the only two notebook systems with the 48xx series went with the MXM 2.x design (MXM-III and MXM-IV).

I highly doubt it. AFAIK, C90 has already been discontinued in favor of pre-built laptops. But again, we shall see.

Mobility HD4830 could be a very very slight posibility,but I think you should aim more for the HD4670 or something like that, which should be much more powerful than the C90s standard 8600GT card.
