So when I got the C90s, my R key on the keyboard came lose right away, but I really didn't think much of it since the key itself looked okay and I was able to put it back in. But for some reason, it always managed to get lose and come off. So today I took it off and took a closer look, and it seems like the bottom right metal piece that the key hooks onto was pushed all the way in. I tried to pull it back up but it just would not stick.

I think the thing was like that in the first place but instead of putting in a new keyboard, they decided to just stick it back in and keep it like that. As of now I can't even use my R key. What should I do?

Edit: Actually it is nothing wrong with the keyboard, since the little metal hook is actually under the keyboard, so a keyboard replacement is going to do no good. This is annoying.
