    Asus does not offer any extended warranties for refurbished notebooks. You can however, you can purchase an extended warranty from 3rd party companies such as squaretrade.

    is such companies reliable? seems like they don't check your laptop condition before you get the warranty, so what if i just warranty my broken laptop and then send it in?
