At your request here they are.
On a side note I had a bit of trouble geting real speeds, I started the easy way just looking in ASUS probe. This gives a real reading the first time its loaded by for some reason wont refresh, and gets stuck on the first speed. eg it was stuck saying 1700 when I was on battery saving mode?? I know this is crap as the gaming benchmarks I did under this setting were way lower then under the game mode.
So I downloaded Freshdiagnose (freeware). It to would not refresh the cpu speed unless you reboot. But it did have a cpu benchmark utility which I ran and here are the results !
Power 4 gear enabled in DC Mode:
    High performance & game = 1700
    DVD mode = 1200
    email/office, presentation, cd audio & battery saving = 600

    hope this helps a bit.

    Underpantman,

You might find that Mobile Meter does better for you at monitoring temp. It is free and can be downloaded at:

(Very strongly leaning towards the M6BN)

TaskInfo is pretty good for reporting CPU info, including current speed. It MobileMeter tends to get this wrong a lot, it seems.
