Most likely missing some ATK drivers.

    Please double check

    ATK DRV
    ATK HOTKEY
    P4GX
    ATK ODS2
    ATK ACPI

some models require all ATK based and related utilities/drivers to be installed.

Unfortunately, since we will not be receiving Windows 7 based computers until the first week of Oct, we do not have any way to verify in the US if all our drivers are fully compatible.

Here is the simple trick for you which will fix the problem permanently

-Open Regedit via run (Windows key + R) "regedit" w/o the quotes.

    Find:
Modify HControlUser to HControl and the directory should have quotes as you see below, with the assumption that ATK Hotkey is installed in its default directory.
