    Hi,

I have an M6V Asus laptop. I am unable to connect to either wireless channel 12 or 13. They simply don't appear when scanning networks. I have updated to the latest drivers and I still can't access them. Note that I am in the UK and I purchased this notebook in the UK, we have wireless channels 1 -13. Perhaps someone could please help. Thanks.

I could do that but if I want to connect to a hotspot or a friend's WLAN on 12 or 13 then I can't connect. Here in the UK all my neighbours have have some wifi router running so it really helps to have extra channels to avoid interference.

I'm under the impression that Asus is shipping wifi cards that are intended for US rather the Europe.
