The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.
I got mine from mwave.com and they are, by far, the cheapest I've seen. I got everything in my signature, plus two day shipping, plus 8% tax for less than 1500 (I think it was around 1480?). They do have an obnoxious credit card verification process at the end where you need to send them copies of your card and ID, but other than that, I have nothing but praise for them. They were fast, courteous, and professional and the product has no problems whatsoever. The only thing I didn't like was that they stuck a company sticker on the laptop nstead of the "BUilt on Asus" ones (they did send me the stickers in a little baggy though). However, they don't offer an extended warranty, so if you're paranoid, they might not be for you.
